    Absolutely terrible experience at Optus Rockhampton .I wanted a copy of my current bill with my new address,was told by lady staff member that it could not be done because the bill had already been issued with the old address ,did not want to help at all for something that obviously was so simple to make happen if she had a can do attitude .I made one call to Optus when I got home and guess what ,I had the bill emailed to me within 5 minutes of asking ,from a switched on employee who new exactly what she was doing and went out of her way to help,
