  Currently renting through these guys and cannot fault them. Easy application process, great communication with my property manager Jenna, great customer service from reception (Kristina) all the way up the chain, requests responded to quickly, and awesome policies and procedures in place that actually treat tenants like human beings :D Even from a professional point of view as a property manager also, their property management team returns comprehensive rental references quickly, transfers files for management professionally, the whole deal. The principal should be very proud of how his team works together.

  I’ve worked in this industry interstate and never have I witnessed such appalling tactics when it comes to treating tenants, as this office does. Avoidance and provocative techniques only serve to create frustration and hostilities for tenants. Good tenants are a property owner’s dream, so get your act together LJH, you as a business have responsibilities and standards to meet.
