  I have been told things would be done regarding communication and paperwork but it seems to get lost, they send emails but don't know anything about them when asked, I have never had a fire alarm check the whole time I've lived here (2 years) so safety is not a concern clearly, I can't tell you how many property managers I have had these past two years but I have the old and new one contacting me regarding my lease and inspections?? I would not recommend them at this time and regret going through them for a rental property.

  I don't know what happens at their office in rockhampton but they seem to have a lack of communication between themselves, and work ethics appear to be low.

  Have to be the worst Realestate agency I have ever dealt with, it has cost us months of lost rent due to lies and they are virtually uncontactable, if anyone in the yeppoon area is looking for a rental manager then keep looking, don't dare even ring Cooke property, you will regret it

  Almost impossible to get hold of. Always taking money when it has not been authorized & when asked to put the money back I had to chase it for a week. I have to chase up for people to fix damages.

  They should be crook properties not cooke. I rent a unit through them and it was hell that are the worst real estate ever the property mangers call you a lier to your face, swear at you, and just treat you like your a dopey person I will never use this agent for anything wether it be renting, buying or selling
