  Friendly staff. Clean, neat room, well presented. No traffic noise although on main highway. Great home cooked meal delivered to unit. Very happy to recommend to others travellers. Also great price.

  Absolutely disgusting! The ceiling fan was coming out of the ceiling and room was dirty, not clean at all and had the owners constantly watching over us constantly and going through our room and our staff while we weren't there!

  Easy walking distance from shops, cinema & restaurants. Room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean and managers extremely friendly and helpful. Price was also very reasonable. Certainly happy to stay there again on our travels.

  Our best find in Rocky for a quick overnite stay when passing through. Ample off street parking, obliging hosts. Very comfy beds.

  The room that was allocated was of a high standard the bathroom was bright and fully functional the bedroom was also of a high standard with comfortable beds also the tea and coffee area had plenty of sachets of tea ,coffee,and sugar also it's very rare to have biscuits but they were supplied,that was excellent after driving all day. The fans and aircon worked fine also the tv was easy to use the rooms paint work made the room very airy and light all round ,and to top it off the price was superb I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and the owners were helpful to a high standard again top marks
