  Not entirely professional across the board - with several staff wearing inappropriately sheer clothing. We ordered and received what we ordered (delivered to Gladstone), however furniture was broken on arrival. Luckily, they quickly organised a replacement.

  Went to Amart in Rockhampton two weeks ago to buy outdoor furniture, bought and paid for a nice setting on the proviso that it would be delivered before Christmas. I was guaranteed it would be delivered by the 13th of December. All was good until I got a phone call yesterday saying the furniture won't be delivered until January. I expressed to the salesman Paul that we traveled nearly two hundred kilometres that day to buy the furniture and we had something else picked out at another stores but we liked this one better. He GUARANTEED delivery before the 13th. The salesmanship is ROTTEN to the core there. Anything to get a sale. Keep an eye out in the media because this is going as far as I can take it. No furniture for Christmas now. Will be getting full refund now. SCAMMERS. BEWARE I wish I could give them a zero.
