  Great service alround good blokes but a bit slow when it come to pc repiars perhaps its lack of staff but utherwise great knowlage of all things computers.

  Terrible stay away . We bought a computer in june it has broken down 3 times and its now october. Hmm first trip was told it was the anti virus they installed oh but we dont use it now. Cant be I said we bought our own and you installed it. Next time we were told its our internt its not good enough. Cant be we have no problem with our smart t.v. using netflix or stan. Oh then its our faul we dont let updates finish installing. Cant be it does updates in the middle of the night when we are asleep. Not satisfied we are taking this further

  I've bought a fair bit off Pro Computers over the years and also had them look at a problematic CPU. Helpful and knowledgeable guys.

  After I had put my computer together it wouldn't boot. No lights. No beep. Tested the power supply myself and worked fine. I took it in hoping they could confirm its the motherboard. A 4 working days later I got it back and they confirmed the motherboard was faulty. I sent it back to the company I purchased it off to only receive it back 5 days later. I rang them and questioned why they'd send me back a fault motherboard and they said they tested it and it worked fine. I re assembled my pc to find 2 CPU pins were bent and about ¼ of the pins weren't touching the motherboard. Worked fine after I straightened it out. Not sure how far they got in testing the computer at Pro computers but it's was a wasted $90.
